Inside Clara

Why Clara exists
Burnout in healthcare isn't driven by patients. It's driven by documentation.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, patient message volume has surged. Admin time has spiked. Doctors now spend more time on notes than on human care. Copying and pasting templates. Dictating outside work hours. Reviewing incomplete data. The cost isn't just time—it’s cognitive overload, reduced focus, and lost connection.
Clara was created to relieve that burden.
What Clara does
Clara listens to the doctor–patient conversation in real time and turns it into structured, traceable clinical documentation.
Every sentence can be reviewed. Every paragraph can be edited. Each section is mapped to the original audio. There are no surprises, no black boxes, and no hallucinations. Just clinical notes—organized, editable, and compliant.
Clara doesn’t predict. Clara doesn’t improvise.
It documents exactly what was said, so the doctor can focus on care.
Designed with clinicians, not just for them
Clara isn’t another AI built in a lab and handed to physicians.
It was developed in close collaboration with real clinicians across multiple specialties—primary care, oncology, gastroenterology—refining workflows, language models, and output formats until it fit their day-to-day practice.
This is why Clara integrates seamlessly into real consultations, including in telemedicine settings. It respects each doctor’s way of speaking, each clinic’s workflow, and the patient’s privacy.
Transparent, ethical, and built for trust
Clara is HIPAA-compliant by default.
Every transcript is encrypted. Every summary is backed by a source. There’s no automation without verification.
Clara is not here to replace clinical judgment. It’s here to protect it—by reducing the documentation load, without compromising medical responsibility.
Who Clara is for
Clara is built for:
Clinicians in high-volume environments
Primary care, gastroenterology, oncology

While you consult, Clara documents—with traceability, structure, and professionalism.
Let’s fix documentation, so you can practice medicine
If you're tired of finishing your notes after hours—or writing with one eye on the patient and the other on the keyboard—Clara is for you.
We’re currently running a limited-access pilot with selected clinicians and institutions.
