Is Clara a medical scribe or a diagnostic tool?

Clara is a clinical documentation assistant. It captures the doctor–patient conversation and generates a structured, traceable note.
It does not diagnose, decide, or suggest treatments.

Who reviews and finalizes the notes?

The physician does. Clara assists with structure and transcription, but clinical judgment remains in the doctor’s hands.

How does Clara handle patient privacy?

Clara complies with HIPAA and GDPR. Audio and transcripts are encrypted and only accessible to authorized users.
Clara does not use private data for training, nor does it share content with third parties.

Can I edit what Clara writes?

Yes. Every note is editable. Each sentence is traceable to the original transcript, so you can verify and adjust with full control.

Does Clara work in real time?

Yes. Clara listens and structures the note as the consultation happens, without interrupting the flow of the visit.

Is it safe to use in front of patients?

Yes. Clara operates silently in the background. It’s designed to support the physician without disrupting the human connection.

What languages and specialties are supported?

Clara is currently available in Spanish. It works across a wide range of specialties and adapts to common clinical structures.
New languages and features are in development.

Can I test Clara in my practice?

We are running a limited-access pilot. Doctors, clinics, hospitals, and medical schools can request an invitation to join.

Can Clara integrate with our EHR?

Yes. Clara provides EHR-ready output and offers API access for structured integration.
Our team supports custom onboarding for institutional settings.

What if Clara makes a mistake?

All content is verifiable. You can review each section, see the original transcript, and correct as needed.
Clara learns from corrections to improve accuracy over time
