Clara is a clinical documentation assistant designed for licensed healthcare professionals. It is not a diagnostic tool, nor a substitute for medical judgment.

Users must hold professional responsibility for the content of each note. Clara assists with structuring and transcribing, but final edits and validations remain under physician control.

By using Clara, you agree to:

• Use it only in approved, secure environments

• Review all notes before they are stored or shared

• Not rely on Clara for diagnosis, prescription, or clinical decisions

• Never input or store sensitive data outside regulatory compliance

• Accept updates to terms if legal or ethical standards evolve

No liability for misuse

Clara is designed with safety, but improper use (e.g., using with unauthorized users, exporting unverified notes, sharing patient data outside EHR protocols) voids any guarantees of compliance or support.

We reserve the right to revoke access in case of misuse or policy breach.
